    The "exe" file is self extracting "zip file". By executing (running) the file, you can specify where you want the spreadsheet to appear then select "UnZip". The default Directory is C:\RelayForLife. The *.xls file will be extracted and placed in that directory.

The "*.zip" file is compressed using WinZip, and can be uncompressed using WinZip or many similar compression programs. Windows XP has this capability built in.

 New team pages are empty waiting for the actual data to be entered.

 Within the spreadsheets, data may be entered in blue colored squares. Yellow colored squares are locked, and may not be changed. All changes for these cells are updated automatically as data is entered.

 People can tell if the have the latest version if there is a "2.6" in the top left corner of the Team Summary Page.

  • Added the ability to track 3 regions independently while maintaining the event as a whole. Before this release only 2 regions could be tracked.
  • Added a Hyperlink on the team pages above the Name entry area to move quickly to the Registration Fees at the far right column, and another hyperlink to get back to the names. Enter all the names, hyperlink to the last column and hyperlink back to the names to speed entry of registration fees.

  • The pages set so all will print correctly without any further set up. The Team pages print small print, but I hope the data will show well enough.
